How long does the battery lasts?

The battery lasts between 7 to 10 days, depending on usage. It fully charges in about 2 hours using wireless charging.

What size is it and how comfortable is it?

The Smart Ring has a minimalistic and ergonomic design, making it comfortable for everyday wear. The ring is made of lightweight, hypoallergenic materials, making it almost invisible on the finger. Thanks to its clever design, it does not restrict movement and can be worn around the clock, including playing sports, sleeping or even swimming if it is water resistant.

Can I use the ring while swimming?

Yes! Our ring is water-resistant up to 5ATM, allowing it to be submerged to depths up to 50 metres, making it ideal for swimming and other water activities.

What functions does JupiterCore Ring support?

Our Smart ring measures heart rate (HR), blood oxygen levels (SpO2), heart rate variablility (HRV), stress levels, mood and sleep, as well as physical activity. It also supports blood glucose monitoring, temperature tracking, and menstrual cycle monitoring for women.

How does the ring measure blood glucose?

Jupiter Core Ring uses photoplethysmography (PPG) technology for non-invasive blood glucose monitoring. This safe method allows you to monitor changes in blood glucose in real time directly from the ring.

How accurately does the ring track sleep and sleep phases?

Our ring uses advanced sensors to monitor sleep stages, including light, deep, and REM sleep. This helps assess your overall sleep quality, and provides recommendations for improvement.

Can I use the JupiterCore Ring without constantly connected to a smart phone?

Yes, our ring works offline and stores data autonomously. Once the ring is connected to your phone, all the stored data syncs with the app for analysis.

Yes! Our ring come with a standard warranty of 3 months! Additional warranty can be acquired through our appointed authorised distributors.

Can your ring syncs with other apps?
